How To Guide - Pay Your Bill
Once you have activated your service and chosen your desired features, your monthly due date will be the same each month.
You will automatically receive a text message notification on your MetroPCS phone prior to the end of your billing cycle. This simply acts as a reminder to pay your bill on time to avoid having your service suspended.
Unless you choose one of the optional billing reminders below, the text message notification is the only “bill” reminder you will receive.
Billing Options:
- e-bill: Receive your bill online. e-bill includes a listing of all local calls made and received during the bill cycle. You will receive an email notification when your bill is ready. Access e-bill now.
Cost: $1 per month.
- Paper Bill: Receive a summarized paper bill at your designated billing address. Call detail is not available with this option. Your bill will be mailed to you each month and will include a payment stub to be returned with your check or money order.
Cost: $2 per month.
Payment Options:
There are several ways to pay for your MetroPCS service. A small processing fee may apply.
- Auto Pay. Your credit or debit card will automatically be charged each month. Payment will be taken 5 days prior to your due date. There is no fee associated with this payment type.

Secure payment from your checking account and 1% Cash Back on Purchase Amounts over $50.
- Express Pay. Pay by credit or debit card online. Payment will post within 2 hours. There is no fee associated with this payment type.
- Drop Box. Pay by check or money order in a MetroPCS store drop box (not available at all MetroPCS store locations). Payment will post within 48 hours. There is no fee associated with this payment type.
- By mail. Include your account number and phone number on your check or money order and mail to: MetroPCS, P.O. Box 5119, Carol Stream, IL 60197-5119 Payment will post within 7-10 days. There is no fee associated with this payment type.
- By phone via automated system. Pay by credit or debit card over the phone by dialing *99 from your MetroPCS phone. Payment will post within 2 hours. There is a $2.00 transaction fee for local payments.
- Store payment machine. Accepts cash, check, credit or debit card (not available at all MetroPCS store locations). Payment will post within 2 hours. There is a $2.00 fee associated with this payment type.
- Over the counter. Pay at a MetroPCS store with cash, check, credit or debit card (not available at all MetroPCS store locations). Payment will post immediately. There is a $3.00 transaction fee for local payments.
- Authorized Payment. Make a payment at an Authorized Payment Location. Payment will post within 2 hours. Transaction fees will vary.
