mPayy, Inc. is a multi-channel, electronic, alternative payment company headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Founded in June 2007 by independent and institutional investors. We provide a highly secure, easy-to-use, flexible and efficient alternative payment solution.

mPayy was created specifically to meet the unique payment needs of Internet and Mobile commerce. Its features and functions address key areas of frustration and concern for buyers and sellers alike.

Conrad Sheehan, Founder, President & CEO

Prior to heading the Consumer Payments business, Conrad held National Sales Management, Product Management and Strategy roles at the bank. Prior to joining JPMorganChase, he was a Partner at Accenture, a global management and technology consulting firm. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in economics from Holy Cross College.

Prior to a career with Chase Paymentech Solutions, Kim held positions with Paymentech, L.P., The Royal Bank of Scotland, First Data Merchant Services and Nova.

Trace Johnson, Vice President of Product

Prior to joining mPayy, Trace was Product Manager and Manager of Marketing Systems for Orbitz Worldwide, which included the main Orbitz travel sites, eBookers.com in the United Kingdom and cheaptickets.com. Prior to Orbitz, Trace was the Director of Business Development at Zacks Investor-Reach Advertising Network. Trace consulted with the New Media Group of the Obama for America campaign, establishing online fundraising and donor segmentation strategies. Rich Dolehide, Vice President of Engineering

Marc Knez

Professor Marc Knez currently teaches strategy courses in the GSB full-time and part-time MBA programs, and he teaches in the executive program on mergers and acquisitions. He was formally an associate professor of strategy at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Professor Knez has taught courses in Competitive Strategy, Strategic Planning, Technology Strategy, Advanced Competitive Strategy: Game Theory in Practice, Strategic Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, and Organizational Design. His executive education experience includes the Executive Program in Corporate Strategy at Chicago GSB, the International Executive MBA program at the University of Chicago, the Financial Management Program at General Electric, and the McKinsey & Co. mini-MBA program. His past customized education clients include Barclays, Northrop Grumman, MTV Networks Asia, The Tribune Company, MetLife, and Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company.

Professor Knez has published papers in numerous scholarly journals, including Harvard Business Review, Directors and Boards, The Journal of Business, The Strategic Management Journal, Games and Economic Behavior, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, Rationality and Society, Industrial and Corporate Change, and The Journal of Labor Economics.

Professor Knez has prior industry experience as senior vice president of Sibson Consulting and director of Lexecon Strategy Group. He has also consulted in the areas of strategy and organizational effectiveness in multiple industries, including financial services, telecommunications equipment, hospitality, consumer products, and medical products. He is currently on the board of directors of Metropolitan Capital Bank.

Professor Knez earned his PhD in decision sciences from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
