Your mPayy account will be ready in just minutes. Below is a list of the items you'll need and the steps involved to open your account. If you have any questions, just send an email to [email protected].

What you'll need to open your account:

Your mobile device

mPayy will send you an SMS text message with a verification code that you will input at the end of the account opening process. Don't worry - if you don’t have it right now, you can always verify your device later.

Access to your online bank account or checkbook

In order to link your checking account to use as a funding source, you will need your bank routing number and checking account number. mPayy will move money from your checking account to your payee for free.

What to expect during the account opening process:

You provide basic account information

The typical registration info: your name and address along with your cell phone number and cellular carrier (provider) name. You'll also create an account nickname and password.

We conduct a quick (and easy) identity verification

We'll present two challenge questions to you in order to validate you are who you say you are. For the benefit of you, and all its members, mPayy wants to be sure it knows who is sending and receiving money.

Link your checking account to your mPayy account

It's easier than it sounds - just enter your bank's routing number, and your checking account number. Both of these can be found on one of your checks, or from your online banking account.
