mPayy, Inc. is a multi-channel, electronic, alternative payment company headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Founded in June 2007 by independent and institutional investors. We provide a highly secure, easy-to-use, flexible and efficient alternative payment solution.

mPayy was created specifically to meet the unique payment needs of Internet and Mobile commerce. Its features and functions address key areas of frustration and concern for buyers and sellers alike.

mPayy Executive Management

Prior to mPayy, Conrad was a Senior Vice President at JPMorganChase and head of its Consumer Payments business where he was responsible for the bank's retail payment products that serviced the bank's extensive corporate and public sector clients. Prior to heading the Consumer Payments business, Conrad held National Sales Management, Product Management and Strategy roles at the bank. Prior to joining JPMorganChase, he was a Partner at Accenture, a global management and technology consulting firm. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in economics from Holy Cross College.

Prior to joining mPayy, Kim was Vice President of Business Development at Chase Paymentech Solutions, a unit of JPMorganChase. Kim was responsible for growing existing relationships and generating new revenue for the organization. She has extensive experience in the payments industry and over the past eighteen years has worked in many areas of the payments arena including retail, card-not-present, international, ACH and alternative payments. Prior to a career with Chase Paymentech Solutions, Kim held positions with Paymentech, L.P., The Royal Bank of Scotland, First Data Merchant Services and Nova.

Trace has extensive experience in managing high-volume, consumer-centric transaction sites. Prior to joining mPayy, Trace was Product Manager and Manager of Marketing Systems for Orbitz Worldwide, which included the main Orbitz travel sites, eBookers.com in the United Kingdom and cheaptickets.com. Prior to Orbitz, Trace was the Director of Business Development at Zacks Investor-Reach Advertising Network. Trace consulted with the New Media Group of the Obama for America campaign, establishing online fundraising and donor segmentation strategies. Trace holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Rich is an IT professional with over 12 years of design and development experience specializing in open source, dynamically driven web platforms. His extensive knowledge of all aspects of web development and programming earned him positions as team leader, manager, and senior developer for several Chicago area firms; including DoubleClick/Performics and DOSPartners. Prior to joining mPayy, Rich was the Director of Development for Zacks Investment Research where he spearheaded the development of many of their retail, e-commerce, institutional and client-facing products.
